Tip of the week: If you don't know what you're intensity is, or you can't remember a specific event, guess what someone ELSE in your position might have felt. For instance, picture an eight year old girl or boy (not you) who had been so traumatized that he/she forgot what happened. How do think he/she would feel? Alone, scared, upset, sad, hurt? Guess what his intensity would be. Then tap on that number. Finding more tapping tips on the Free Stuff page of my website.
Good Luck and Good Tapping,
Lindsay
